Are these cakes incredible? I think they are too perfect to eat! If you are having a winter wedding, this is a great way to bring the season indoors. I'm sure you don't actually want ice or snow at your wedding (Or maybe you do ). But these cakes capture the beautiful crystalized iciness of a bright white january day.
